About Us
Leadership Texarkana Class of 2026
The Texarkana Resource Hub was created by a group of 12 individuals brought together through Leadership Texarkana, all of whom share a strong connection to this community and a desire to make a difference here.
Throughout their time in the program, the group spent time learning about the needs, challenges, and strengths of Texarkana. One thing became clear. Many people in our community don’t always know where to turn when they need help, even though there are so many organizations doing great work right here. That gap is what inspired this project.
Working together, the group created the Resource Hub as a way to bring local services into one place. It’s meant to make it easier for neighbors to find support, whether it’s help with housing, food, healthcare, family services, or something else entirely. At the heart of it, this guide is about connection. It’s about making sure people know they are not alone and that help is closer than they might think.
This effort reflects what Texarkana is all about. People looking out for each other, organizations serving with purpose, and a community that shows up when it matters most.

We are committed to keeping this guide relevant and growing. As our community evolves, we plan to expand the Resource Hub by building stronger partnerships with local organizations, adding new services, and improving how information is shared. Our goal is to continue connecting more people with the help they need while supporting the organizations that serve Texarkana every day.
By strengthening these connections, we hope to make this hub a trusted, go-to resource for the community now and in the future.
